Door of Hope

There I will give her back her vineyards and will make the Valley of Achor a door of hope and she will sing there,
as in the days of her youth, as in the day she came up out of Egypt. (Hosea 2:15)

Back in September 2004 while working on the computer, suddenly the Lord spoke clearly to me..."Within a year, I will give back to you everything Satan has taken away." I sat in silence and awe of what my spirit just heard.

A year later my mind was filled with doubts about all that I'd been hoping for and hadn't yet received. Thoughts of defeat and worry crept in so silently and quickly that I didn't even realize they were there. Again, the sweet child-like voice of the Holy Spirit said, "It doesn't matter, just believe."  Now, each time I catch a doubt or worry stealing my peace of mind, I say, "It doesn't matter, just believe."

Although the world is in chaos, the bills come faster than I can pay them and heartaches still happen, it doesn't matter....
I believe.
