The Music Box

What a
charming Christmas gift! Kessey thought. She can fly, dance and come right back to her music box! Why, she
even
looks just like me!
"I am you." said the dancing Faerie as she twirled in the
air, gently touching her toes to the music box again.
"But how can
that be? How can I be you if I am me?" asked Kessey
curiously.
"Because I am part of your dream and your dreams are what
your soul is made of. Is it not your heart's desire to
dance? To fly? To be small when your world is too
demanding of you? . . .to be magical?
"Yes, I suppose
it is." Kessey replied. "I often dream of such beautiful
things."
"Why do you
think this is so?" asked the Faerie.
"Because that is
what's inside of me? Is this why I have such wonderful
dreams, Faerie?"
The Faerie
smiled and said, "Sweet dreams, my Lady. Sweet dreams."
